Studio Rules and Policies • Respect the studio space at all times. • Include setup and cleanup time within your total rental duration. Other photographers are scheduled right after you, so the studio must be ready for them. • Stick to the scheduled session time. Rental time begins and ends as agreed; additional charges will apply for exceeding the allotted time. • Clean up after your session and leave the studio as you would expect to find it. This includes taking out the trash, sweeping, and cleaning tools and equipment as needed. • Pets are not allowed in the studio. • No candles or open flames are allowed in the studio at any time. Smoking and vaping are also prohibited. • Do not use nails or pins on the walls or backdrops. Use putty, command hooks, or light adhesive tape for hanging items. You are responsible for any damage caused during your session. • Report any damages, repairs, or maintenance needs to management immediately. If reported by the next user, you may be held liable for the damages. • Management may be present during your photoshoot session. • Handle tools and furniture with care and avoid dragging them to prevent damage to the studio. Please return all items to their original positions after use. • Full payment is required upon booking. • Be considerate of neighbors and avoid excessive noise inside the studio or in the building’s hallways. Respond promptly to management’s requests to lower or stop noise if necessary. • Absolutely no stepping near or dragging anything across the white backdrop edges. Any incurred damage will be the renter’s responsibility (minimum repair cost starts at 100 BHD). • We are not responsible for delays unless notified at least 24 hours in advance. Please respect your booking time and understand our policies. No compensation will be given for time lost due to your lateness. • Renters must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to reschedule a booking. By adhering to these rules, we can maintain a professional and accommodating environment for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation!

Note: Please note that the location is equipped with surveillance cameras for security and safety purposes, and a female staff team is present on-site. If you wish to turn off the cameras, you will bear full responsibility for the space and its belongings. Avoid dragging or pulling chairs; if you wish to rearrange them, please ask for assistance or carry them carefully yourself. We also want to highlight that there is a special heritage collection, including an old radio and vintage telephone. Please refrain from touching these items to ensure their preservation. Additionally, do not move the rolling backdrops without informing us if you wish to make any changes.
